On July 30, 2020, at 2238 hours, Charlottesville Police Department officers responded to an armed robbery at a business in the 1800 block of Monticello Road.
The store clerk was robbed at gunpoint, and the suspect then fled the scene on foot. No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a male, wearing a hooded sweatshirt and green jacket.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Charlottesville Police Department at (434) 970-3280 or Crime Stoppers at (434) 977-4000. A reward of up to $1,000 is available for information leading to an arrest.
