Charlottesville Fire Department Announces Retirement
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - The City of Charlottesville Fire Department extends a heartfelt congratulations to Captain Pinchback on his decision to retire after 35 remarkable years of service. His dedication and leadership have left an indelible mark on the department and community.
Captain Pinchback began his journey as a Firefighter and rose to the esteemed position of Fire Captain, embodying professionalism and courage throughout his tenure, overcoming challenges and achieving many triumphs. His contributions have positively impacted countless lives, and his legacy will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege to work alongside him.
As Captain Pinchback prepares for this new chapter in life, please join us in expressing gratitude for his years of service and wishing him the very best in his well-deserved retirement. His last full day on shift will be July 29th.
