The suspect displayed in the photos below was spotted on October 25, 2022, at approximately 12:04 a.m. removing a “Welcome Jewish Students” banner from a building located on the 2000 block of Lewis Mountain Rd.

The suspect was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black sweatpants, leaving the area in a blue 4-door Toyota pickup truck.
