About Our Neighborhood
The Little High Neighborhood is small (29 acres) relative to many of the city’s other neighborhoods, located due east of the Downtown Mall with formal boundaries of 9th St from East Market to East High; East Market St from 9th St to Meade Ave; East High St from 9th St down to the light converging with Meade Ave; and from there back to East Market.
The neighborhood is composed of a mix of single family homes, apartments and condominiums, medical offices and a variety of small businesses.
