This City Council meeting is divided into two Zoom webinars - the first beginning at 4:00 p.m. for Opening Session and Closed Session, and the second part for the 6:30 p.m. Business Session. Public Hearing participation: Prior to beginning the public hearing, City Council will decide on the allotted time for each speaker, based on anticipated participation. The presiding officer will open the public hearing. Those wishing to speak must be registered participants of the Zoom meeting either in the webinar or by phone.  To be placed in the speaker queue, participants will need to select the Raise Hand option in Zoom or press *9 if  joining by phone.  Participants will be called on in the order in which hands are raised.
