Peace Frogs Travel Outfitters Support the Community

Peace Frogs Travel, in partnership with International Neighbors, are collecting new and gently used coats. These coats will be distributed to local refugee families. Since the first coat drive in 2015, Peace Frogs have donated over 1,075 coats to families in the community. There is a special, urgent need for children’s coats this year. This year’s coat drive is ongoing until November 4^th. Donated items can be dropped off at the Peace Frogs store, during normal operating hours at 1043 Millmont Street.

Agents In Style Opens on the DTM

Agents In Style has now opened their doors at 416 E. Main Street, Suite 308. This store is a luxury consignment boutique specializing in women's designer clothing, handbags, and accessories. Styling services and closet audits are also included in their comprehensive services. Agents In Style just recently moved the business from Arlington this month and are now excited to be part of the thriving Charlottesville community.

A Mobile Payment Option Comes to City Garages

The City of Charlottesville recently announced that parkers may now use the ParkMobile app to pay for parking at the Water Street and Market Street Garages. Customers now have a contactless payment option and also the ability to make a parking reservation at these garages. Visitors to downtown may now search for parking in the ParkMobile app or website and select a garage to determine availability.

In addition, monthly parking is available on a first come first served basis at the Water Street Parking Garage. The current rate is $135 per month for unlimited parking 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please contact Lanier Parking at 434-284-5620 for more information. A waiting list for monthly parking at the Market Street Garage and the 7^th Street Parking Lot remain. Ample hourly parking is available throughout the day every day at both the Garages.
