Important Notice: Change to Public Calendar Notifications

With this email, the City of Charlottesville is changing our primary public calendar notifications to be a weekly summary. You will no longer receive a separate email alert for every public meeting.

However, since we initially launched the City’s new website in April, we have also implemented a companion program called Civic Clerk. If you wish to specify the Boards and Commissions for which you wish to receive immediate notifications, for example when a City Council agenda is published, you can now sign up for those messages separately.

To give it a try, visit our Agendas & Minutes page. Click the LOGIN button in a blue bar near the bottom of the portal. Then click the CREATE ACCOUNT link. Once your Civic Clerk account is created you will be able to select your favorite meetings to follow.
