City Offices will be closed Friday, May 22 for Admin Leave Day and Monday, May 25 for the Memorial Day Holiday. 

On Friday, May 22, The Office of Elections and Voter Registration will remain OPEN for No Contact Absentee Voting.

 
Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT)
On Monday, May 25, Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) will operate at a Sunday level service. (Only the Free Trolley and Route 2, Route 9, and Route 12.)

City Trash and Recycling Services 
Trash and Recycling will not be collected on Monday, May 25. Collection will resume Tuesday starting with the Monday route and conclude on Saturday 5/30. Downtown/Uptown will be provided one collection on Monday morning, beginning at 7am.
