No Injuries Reported Following Thursday Morning Shots Fired Incident on Hardy Drive

On May 6, 2021, at approximately 12:07 a.m., Charlottesville Police Department officers responded for the report of shots fired in the 800 block of Hardy Drive.

Upon their arrival, officers located approximately 12 bullet casings at the scene. No injuries or damage to property were reported.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Charlottesville Police Department at (434) 970-3280 or Crime Stoppers at (434) 977-4000. A reward of up to $1,000 is available for information leading to an arrest.

Every person is entitled to a presumption of innocence until their guilt is proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
