Request for Proposals (RFP) Notice for 2020 HOME Investment Partnership Funding

The City of Charlottesville will be accepting proposals for 2020 CDBG and HOME funding beginning October 25, 2019 and ending at 4 pm on December 3, 2019. Projects will support a viable urban community through the provision of decent housing, a suitable living environment, and economic opportunity for low and moderate income citizens. Beginning October 25, 2019, the RFP and related documents can be found on this page. Online submission is required.

Mandatory Technical Assistance Session

The City will require all applicants to schedule and attend a 30-minute mandatory technical assistance session with the Grants Coordinator (only if you have not already attended a session). The meeting must be held prior to proposal submission.

CDBG-CV Request for Proposal Guidelines

The City of Charlottesville will be accepting proposals for 2020 CDBG-CV beginning May 4, 2020 and ending at 4:00PM on May 18, 2020. Projects will support a viable urban community through the provision of decent housing, a suitable living environment, and economic opportunity for low and moderate income citizens to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus. Online submission is required. 

Mandatory Technical Assistance Session: The City will require all applicants to schedule and attend a 30-minute mandatory zoom/e-meeting technical assistance session with the Grants Coordinator. The meeting must be held between May 3rd, 2020 and May 17, 2020 prior to proposal submission.
